1. How long does an EPC last?

At the moment 10 years.

2. Will I need to be at the property to let you in?

We would prefer you to be present whilst we conduct our survey, but if you really can't afford the time, we are happy observe other access arrangements e.g. picking up keys from someone of your choosing. Please choose someone close to your property like a neighbour or estate agent.

 3. Can I order my EPC from you directly?

 4. How long will the survey take?

The survey will usually take between forty minutes to an hour or more depending on how many extensions it has ande the complexity/size of the property.

6. How can I check your surveyors are qualified?

Confirmation of our credentials can be found by searching for us on the Landmark website. For your peace of mind we all also have up to date CRB checks. We are also fully insured and carry ID cards.

7. If I am unhappy with an aspect of your service, how can I make a complaint?

8. How far will you travel?
